Yes, yes ... Maggie is doing just fine too!

A quick scan of the last several posts shows not much of Maggie, so I thought I better provide an update because she is going just fine. Dad (George) has returned to work this week, so into the next phase of her young life with out both parents around all the time. Deb & Ruth are providing close support and between them sleeping over while George is out of town.

You can make your own mind up if you think she is changing rapidly :) ... Belinda commented tonight how much she has changed already ... one of those times Grumpa stays silent because he is there often enough not to notice (why I spend so little time in front of a mirror no doubt!). First one is with George's dad - Sean; looks right at home.

So far photos with mum (Belinda) have been scarce but they are emerging :) and here are a few with the three generations looking very comfortable and relaxed and even out for a walk. Yes, she was in the buggy - been shopping already :(. Deb reckons the two in the park look they have been snapped by the paparazzi - I was just sitting in the park waiting for them to get back with morning tea ... and I'm sure the paparazzi would have managed to get Maggie in their shot (or atleast had a better headline about who she was with ...). Maybe not, maybe the picture would have been far less conclusive and much more grainy.

Here are some "portraits". The all clear was received from the midwife service today as her weight is back up where they wanted to see it above her birth weight ... apparently she is now officially "discharged"!

And finally, you can also see Daisy is comfortable with her new little sister. Very attentive when she hears a wimper ... Belinda also said last night when Maggie cried, Daisy left the bedroom and spent the rest of the night downstairs - fast learner :). You can see Belinda has settled into keeping both children happy quite well (she was being fed Victoria sponge ... Daisy that is; Maggie only indirectly as this stage).

    1. Well, I'm afraid you will just HAVE to wait :). Of course everyone looks relaxed and happy ... not allowed to take photos any other time are you? Actually a statement, not a question :). No doubt many words and pictures will be heard and shown ... but you will have to wait. Grumpa is still alive and kicking! But Deb will enjoy telling and showing.
